It’s important to know who you are as a person, the good and bad, so you can realize when people are projecting their own insecurities onto you. People see things they don’t like about themselves or become envious of who you are so they do what they can to tear you down

Make sure both of your feet are on the ground and place your hands on your knees. Take a deep breath in through your nose and hold it for ten seconds. Then breathe out through your mouth.
