Meet this One-Armed Child Who Took Instagram by Storm

Victoria and Greg Lynch were shocked after hearing their son Oakley being born with symbrachydactyly, a condition where the right arm fails to grow below the quarter of the forearm.  After the child was born the parents created an Instagram account named myoakleydoakley, to show him off and the well-dressed tot has since amassed 24,000 followers.  His Instagram account is so popular now that he receives a package every day filled with toys, footwear and hats.
