Netizens Praise Air India for their Warm Gesture

Recently an Air India flight got delayed because an elderly woman had lost her passport bag. What touched everyone’s heart was the way the crew went out of the way and put in efforts to search for her bag and finally returned it.
The entire scenario was described by a journalist who was also a passenger on the same flight. He posted a tweet “On a @airindiain flight. Ready to take off but an elderly passenger just realized she forgot her passport bag at security.

Immediately after people read this, within few minutes many came forward and praised Air India for being so kind and many also shared there similar experiences on flight.
