One thing that we used less this year is our makeup products. But despite masks on, people still followed their beauty regimes and also did makeup. The only difference that we noticed was that the attention was on the eyes. As it’s time to say goodbye to 2020 so here is the list of the biggest makeup trends of 2020.
Natural makeup look
This year people focused on keeping a more natural and easy breezy look. As people spend most of their time at home, they started to accept their skin for what it is.
Zoom-ing your makeup for the call
‘Zoom makeup look is an extension of the soft makeup look that was sought-after this year. This look was for to look presentable for zoom calls and was achieved by a tinted moisturiser, concealer (optional), mascara and a neutral shade/hint of color on the cheeks.
Bold eyes
Not much has changed in the eye makeup trends since the last year. While trends like graphic/neon liners, shimmery lids and coloured eyeshadow stayed on, new trends like foxy eyes were added to the list.
Mask proof makeup
People started following some tips so that their makeup could stay under the mask as well. And this trend is here to stay as masks are going to be a part of our lives for a long time now.
This year people focused on their skin and took good care of it as they were indoors.
