Now that gyms are open so many of you must have started going as well because during the lockdown period we relished so much 'mummy ke hath ka khanna" which has led to weight gain. So to now get back in shape we're back to the gym and though even gyms are taking all kinds of precautions still we tell you a few things you must keep in mind and follow.
1. Try going in the first slot as the machines are freshly sanitized.

2. Carry your own sanitizer and spray and avoid using the one in the gym.
3. Don't keep your phone in open and prefer keeping it in your bag.

4. Try to wash your gym gloves everyday or atleast keep them out in sunlight for a few hours. You can even iron them.
5. Wash your gym wear separately everyday.

6. Just like gloves, wash our face mask too on a regular basis.

7. Don't workout wearing a mask as it's not good for health.
8. Use a sanitising spray before using dumbells or any machine.

9. Don't use gym mats and prefer carrying your own.
10. Though limited people are allowed but still try maintaining distance from them.
