The Internet has a new trend every day, from the past few days social media is buzzing with a brand new food trend- Dalgona coffee. It started on the video making platform, TikTok before going viral on Facebook and Instagram. Dalgona is a fancy name given to the plain, run of the mill cold coffee
This South Korean coffee has suddenly become so trendy because around a month ago, someone on YouTube uploaded a video of themselves making dalgona coffee. Now, it has more than 3.5 million views!
While the world is drooling over the trend, Indians have been doing it since childhood. Unlike the French Press or the American brew, Indian household has been drinking their instant (beaten) coffee from the start.
So, here is the simple recipe: Take a cup, put one spoon coffee and one spoon sugar, add a tablespoon of water to the mixture and beat it with a spoon until it becomes fluffy. Now Add ice, cold milk in the glass and top it with the coffee.
