Transgender Singers in Coke Studio Pakistan’s New Season

Coke Studio Pakistan's latest season with Faiz Ahmed Faiz’s popular nazm Hum Dekhenge has been released. It features various folk bands and regional artistes and among the starry list it also includes two transgender artiste,named Naghma and Lucky. The trailer shows their opening performance celebrating unity in diversity with a vision “One Nation, One Spirit, One Sound” The song is beautiful and people are loving it more because it gives the LGBTQ community an opportunity to represent themselves on such a big platform. Twitterati praised the makers of the show Zohaib Kazi and Ali Hamza.
