She says her inspiration was an old lady standing in a gym car park and was unable to move around without support. She then decided not to be like her and took up weight training.
Janice Lorraine is Australia’s oldest bodybuilder who has been training since the late 90s. She says sticking to the diet is very important and she names her diet, Nude food as she eats raw and unprocessed foods only. She first competed at the age of 56 and won two gold medals.
