Authorities Repair Potholes after a Man Sprayed Penisses Around them

The locals of Teesside sketched a giant penis around the potholes. A facebook page circulated the story of the gaping open potholes that might be dangerous to drivers and pedestrians and how a couple of them sported giant penises all over it.
In another photo, a local said that one of the potholes were repaired immediately after this. Ironically the pothole was unrepaired for a whole year before that.

The locals and people on social media started praising the anonymous artist.
A spokesperson for the Middlesbrough council, under which Teesside resides, announced that the matter of potholes had been their priority for a long time, depending upon how serious a danger they pose to people.

This is not the first time that such a situation has come under light. A street artist, “Wanksy” has dedicated his life creating sketches of genitalia over potholes to ensure that they come into the highlight and get fixed.
As per Wanksy, they create genitalia art because they know that it would attract the public eye. Also, this wasn’t offensive as they are certified artists, and genitalia, and anatomy had been a common area of art.
