Have You Ever Seen a Building Floating?
A twitter user recently posted a video of a 5 storey building floating down the river in southwest China in 2018. The clip immediately went viral and left many astonished however, in reality as per a report it was a floating restaurant and authorities were getting it relocated due to a change in policy.
