Sabyasachi and H&M Collection Sparks Meme Fest Online
India’s iconic designer Sabyasachi Mukherjee has launched his new collection today in collaboration with fashion brand H&M. The Sabyasachi label is popular for designing luxury Indian wear, ranging from lehengas to sarees. The collection offers a complete fashion wardrobe for men and women, including accessories, jewelry, footwear, and sunglasses. Well, the collection did not impress desi fans and they joked about it:

That's a cotton printed saree and almost every Bengali woman used to have at least half a dozen. They turn wonderfully soft with every wash, and later used to be stitched in kanthas or used as kitchen wipes.

Some people also liked the fact that the luxury brand is now reasonable and accessible to middle class people. There are reports that the whole collection was sold out just in few hours after the release.
