Here are a few spots around the world where gravity doesn’t work and you should definitely go and see it once.
Hoover Dam, Nevada, US
It is a well-known sightseeing destination and is also one of the largest artificial lakes but that’s not the only interesting thing about this dam. The visitors can't pour down a bottle of water into the dam because the water flies up and the same effect is observed with light objects! Strong airflow is the reason behind it.
Golden Boulder, Myanmar
This gold-covered rock has been on the edge for the past 2,500 years. This boulder is believed to be held by Buddha’s hair that is inside of it and according to predictions, only a woman is capable of throwing off its balance. No female tourist is allowed to touch the stone because of this reason
Mystery Spot, Santa Cruz California
Opened in 1940 by George Prather, this place has a mystery spot that is open for tourists. People see unusual activities that can happen in the absence of gravity, like upward flow of water, change in size of objects and deflection in compass in that particular spot.
Stone of Davasko , Argentina
This magnificent rock gave into the effect of gravity a few decades ago. This rock remained on the edge before tilting a bit and on February 29, 1912, the stone fell. A plastic copy of the rock is now fixed on the same spot.
Reverse waterfall, England
This waterfall doesn’t really let the water fall and well, it is more than amusing to see. The strong winds push the water upwards, making it look like a reverse waterfall.
Magnetic hill, Ladakh
This stretch of road located 30 km away from Leh gives an illusion that stationary vehicles on the road is being pulled upwards.
