The spicy heat of peppers is measured in Scoville Heat Units (SHU) so it is not like there wasn’t a warning!

Carolina Reaper (2,200,000 SHU)

This is ranked as the hottest pepper and is 200X hotter than Jalapeno.

7 Pot Douglah (1,853,936 SHU)

t is a rare hot pepper and native to Trinidad and is known to have a bit fruity taste.

Trinidad Moruga Scorpion (2,009,231 SHU)

Another hottest pepper that hails from Trinidad. Even a little amount in any dish can make it extremely spicy.

Naga Viper (1,382,118 SHU)

This pepper is rather a hybrid of Naga Morich, the Bhut Jolokia, and the Trinidad Scorpion, the hottest pepper parents ever!
