On a daily basis, when we go outside we have to deal with traffic jams, red light, and unnecessary honking. However, an 11-year-old girl came up with an interesting and unique way to cut down the noise and wrote a letter regarding the same to the chairman of Mahindra Group, Anand Mahindra.
