Black tea
It is the most oxidized of all tea types, and is stronger than most teas. Made in Darjeeling, Assam, Kangra, the Nilgiris, and Nepal, it boosts heart health and may even help fight cancer.
Oolong tea
It is a handcrafted tea made with oxidised mature tea leaves. There are many types of oolong tea such as Da Hong Pao, one of the most famous Chinese teas.
Iced tea
This is a perfect option in summer. Iced tea originated in the USA to make tea suitable for drinking in summers. Iced tea blend made with tea leaves and other natural ingredients and served chilled is very refreshing.
Bubble tea
Bubble tea is a quirky variant of the drink. It is a milk and tea based fruit infusion that originated in Taiwan. This tea is colorful and filled with balls of tapioca or fruit jelly.
Kahwah
This drink is popular in Pakistan, Afghanistan, and Northern India, particularly Kashmir. It is made with tea leaves, and spices like saffron, cardamom, and cloves amongst other spices in a brass kettle called the samovar. The tea is served without milk, but you can add honey to make it sweet.
Po Cha
It is consumed in Tibet and is also known as butter tea. It is made by brewing tea leaves along with yak butter instead of milk, and salt instead of sugar and is churned in a traditional long cylindrical tea-churn.
Cha-Yen
Cha-Yen is a popular tea in Thailand. This one is a cold orange-colored iced tea that is prepared with Ceylon tea leaves. Its orange hue comes from orange blossom infusions, flavorings of anise or other spices, or like in recent times, even food coloring. It is brewed dark, served over ice, and a swirl of condensed milk.
Green tea
Popular for its health benefits, It is the least oxidized of all tea types.
