Airborne diseases are the ones that can spread when people with certain infections cough, sneeze, or talk throwing out the secretion into the air. Some bacteria stay in the air for long and other people can inhale it. This is what airborne is and to prevent yourself you need to cover your mouth and nose.
Wear a mask
We must understand that wearing a mask is a necessity now. Covering you mouth and nose does not only protect yourself but those around you as well. So, wear a mask when you step outside the house.
No air conditioning
Going to places that have air conditioning ,ventilation and are open for the public is very risky these days. So avoid going to malls or restaurants.
Physical distancing
As much as the mask is important, physical distancing is also a key to stay protected. So maintain some distance while you go out.
Stay in a ventilated room
A well-ventilated room is important as it keeps the fresh air coming. This way the virus won’t keep circulating in the same space.
Face shields
Whenever you are going out in a crowded place cover yourself with a face shield. This will prevent you from touching your face.
Washing hands
Do not forget to wash or sanitize your hands regularly.
